Custom Sports Medals
Sports medals are the most classic and recognisable form of award at competitions — from local school runs to national marathons and sports leagues. Made of ZNAL alloy (zinc + aluminium), they combine durability with precise casting and rich personalisation options.
Sports medal features:
- Material: ZNAL alloy (zinc + aluminium) — harder and more durable than pure zinc, resistant to deformation.
- Finish: electroplating in gold, silver, bronze, antique copper and custom colours.
- Personalisation: full-colour UV printing, laser engraving (name, bib number, event date), option to add a sponsor's logo.

Sports medals are ordered from us by organisers of mass runs, sports federations, schools and academies. Every design is made individually — created by graphic designers with more than 10 years of experience, with the 3D design included free of charge in the order price.

Custom 3D Cast Medals
3D cast medals are the pinnacle of casting in award production — deep relief, precise details and a three-dimensional form set them apart from classic flat medals. They are synonymous with prestige and first-class craftsmanship. Made of ZNAL alloy, they combine lightness with incredibly detailed design.
3D cast medal features:
- Material: ZNAL alloy (zinc + aluminium) — cast in a precise 3D mould developed in CAD/CAM software.
- 3D and details: three-dimensional patterns, coats of arms, figures and logos can be reproduced with deep texture.
- Electroplating: gold, silver, bronze and other colours on request.
- UV printing: adds full-colour elements to the surface of the medal.

Custom Steel Medals
Steel medals are a modern alternative to classic castings — laser-cut from sheet steel, they feature a clean, geometric aesthetic and exceptional durability. They fit perfectly with the visual identity of brands that favour minimalist, industrial design.
Steel medal features:
- Material: sheet steel — resistant to mechanical damage, corrosion and deformation under normal conditions of use.
- Cutting technology: the laser precisely cuts any shape and contour, enabling unique forms not possible with casting.
- Finish: electroplating in gold, silver, bronze, as well as less typical finishes such as black or brushed steel
- Personalisation: full-colour UV printing on every piece.
- Shapes: any — square, circle, shield, the outline of a coat of arms, a company logo or a custom shape.

custom medals?
Every medal goes through successive production stages — from the first prototype to a finished, personalised product.
Based on the approved graphic design, we create the first mould or test casting. The prototype lets us check proportions, details and finish before starting the full run.
Once the prototype is approved, we produce exactly as many medals as ordered — from a minimum of 25 pieces to runs of thousands. Every piece is identical to the master.
We powder-coat the medal surfaces or electroplate them in the colour of your choice — gold, silver, bronze and other metallic shades. A finish resistant to abrasion and corrosion.
UV printing directly on the surface of the medal reproduces the full range of colours, logos and detailed graphics — with no colour limitations.
Laser engraving lets us add a name, bib number, event date or individual dedication to each medal. Personalisation is possible even for every single piece in a run.
The medals we produce are awarded at street runs, sports tournaments, corporate galas, anniversaries and award ceremonies. We deliver them with a ribbon, in a case or in bulk packaging — ready to be presented to participants and winners.

We make medals in four material variants: ZNAL alloy (zinc + aluminium) casting (3D), steel, UV printing on various substrates and combinations of these technologies. We match the material to the character of the event — from classic bronze to modern steel with colour graphics.
Every medal can be complemented with a ribbon in any colour, a personalised case or bulk packaging. We select decorative elements individually to meet the customer's expectations.
The minimum order is 25 pieces. The standard lead time is 6–7 working days. In urgent cases we can produce medals in as little as 24 hours from approval of the graphic design.
