We use ZNAL alloy (zinc + aluminium) — the best material for precision casting. It is harder and more durable than pure zinc and takes electroplated finishes perfectly.

Electroplating is applied electrolytically, which ensures a durable and even coating resistant to abrasion and corrosion. Available finishes: shiny gold, matt gold, shiny silver, satin silver, antique bronze, antique — and other colours to individual order.

The minimum order is 25 pieces. The standard lead time is 6–7 working days. In urgent cases we can deliver in as little as 24 hours from design approval.

    Describe the shape, quantity, preferred finish (gold / silver / bronze / other) and deadline. The more detail, the faster we can prepare a quote.

  2. Free quote and graphic design

    We will prepare an individual quote and a visualisation of the pin. We work with AI, EPS, PDF and CDR files — or create a design from scratch.

  3. Approval and revisions

    We send you the visualisation for approval. You can suggest any changes — we refine the design until it is exactly what you expect.

  4. Production and quality control

    Casting, surface finishing, electroplating and optional UV printing — every stage takes place in our own EU plant. Every pin goes through quality control before packing.

  5. Delivery across Europe and worldwide

    We deliver the finished pins to the address you specify. Each batch is carefully packed — ready for an event, a shop or shipping to participants.
