How are
custom trophies made?

Call us or send an e-mail — you don't need a ready-made design. Our graphic designer will prepare a visualisation free of charge. Below we describe the whole process step by step.

    Call or write to us with a description of the trophy, the quantity and your preferred deadline. We make orders from just 1 piece — you don't need a ready-made design.

  2. Receive a quote and a graphic design

    We will prepare an individual quote and a free graphic design. We work with AI, EPS, PDF and CDR files — or create a design from scratch.

  3. Approve the design

    We send you a visualisation for approval. You can suggest changes — we refine the design until it is exactly what you expect.

  4. We start production

    Once the design is approved, we start production. Every trophy goes through quality control before packing and shipping. Production takes from 24h to 7 working days.

  5. Together we create trophies that people will remember

    We deliver the finished trophies to the address you specify, across Europe and worldwide. Every piece is carefully packed — ready to be presented at a gala or ceremony.

Production technologies

How do we make
custom trophies?

Every trophy goes through successive production stages — from the first design to a finished, personalised product with an optional NFC tag or QR code.

Creating the design and the first prototype

Based on the approved graphic design, we create the first form or prototype. We check proportions, details and finish before starting the full run.

Wood and steel processing — CNC and laser

We mill wood and steel on CNC machines or laser-cut them with millimetre precision. We achieve clean edges, deep relief and a distinctive surface texture.

3D printing — resins and FDM

We print advanced spatial forms in resins or FDM filaments. Any shape without limits — from an abstract solid to a miniature of a product or a figure.

Colour UV printing

UV printing directly on the surface of the trophy reproduces the full range of colours, logos and detailed graphics with no colour limitations.

Engraving, NFC and QR codes

Laser engraving personalises every piece — name, date, dedication. An optional NFC tag or QR code takes the guest to the company website, the winner's profile or the tournament page.

Wooden, steel

We make trophies from wood, steel, resins and FDM filaments — we match the material to the character of the event and the desired visual effect. From the classic elegance of wood to a modern spatial form made by 3D printing.

Every trophy can be complemented with UV printing in any colours, personalised laser engraving, as well as an NFC tag or QR code. When a phone is held near it, the NFC tag opens the company website, the winner's profile or a chosen page.

The minimum order is 1 piece. The standard lead time is 6–7 working days. In urgent cases we can produce trophies in as little as 24 hours from approval of the graphic design.
