We make the box inserts ourselves. We cut the foam precisely to the shape of the item — medal, pin, keychain or trophy — so the product sits securely, doesn't move and is safe in transit.

Need a different solution? We can also produce other inserts — for several items in one box, for gift sets or for unusual shapes.

How to order
your own wooden box?

Call us or send an e-mail — you don't need a ready-made design. We'll advise on the size, finish and type of insert, and our graphic designer will prepare a visualisation free of charge.

  1. Send an enquiry

    Describe what is going into the box, give the product dimensions, quantity and deadline. If you are also ordering medals or pins from us, we'll choose the box ourselves.

  2. Choose the finish and engraving

    Oak or plywood, natural, black or another finish. Plus engraving with a logo, event name or dedication — we'll prepare the graphic design free of charge.

  3. Approve the visualisation

    We send you the design of the box and insert for approval. We make revisions until everything is exactly the way you want it.

  4. Production of boxes and inserts

    We make the boxes from oak or plywood, apply the finish and engraving, and cut the foam inserts to the shape of the product.

  5. Ready to present

    We deliver the boxes to the address you specify, across Europe and worldwide — empty or with the medals, pins or keychains already packed inside.
