How can a trophy be adapted to the company's visual identity?
The company logo can be incorporated directly into the form of the trophy as a sculptural element — this works particularly well when the company's visual identity has a distinctive symbol or initial. Alternatively, we place the logo on an engraved brass plate. Company colours can be reproduced in a varnished finish — for companies that want the award to be instantly recognisable as their own. How does an anniversary trophy differ from an annual company award?
An anniversary comes once a decade or less often — the form of the award should communicate this. An anniversary trophy is usually noticeably larger, with a more elaborate sculptural form, a nobler finish (gold, antique gold) and more careful personalisation: full dates, the number of years, often a quote or dedication. An annual employee award can be a consistent series — the same form every year, with only the personalisation changing. We design both, matching the level of prestige to the occasion.
