How does laser cutting of the trophy shape work?

The steel sheet is placed on the work table of a laser cutter, and the beam cuts through the metal along a vector path with an accuracy of hundredths of a millimetre. The edges are clean and even — without burrs and without the need for manual finishing. Because the laser works directly from the vector file, we don't need dies or moulds. A swimmer's silhouette with splashes, the outline of an athlete on the podium, a federation logo as a standalone form, an asymmetrical geometric composition — every outline costs the same as a rectangle and is ready in a single production run.

What does UV printing directly on steel offer?

UV printing on metal is a technology that changes the rules of the game in trophy production. We apply graphics — sponsor logos, full-colour illustrations, photographs, gradient backgrounds — directly to the steel surface without film, stickers or an intermediate substrate. The colours are dense, saturated and resistant to abrasion. The final result looks like an integral part of the metal, not a sticker applied at the last minute. On a single trophy we can place the event graphics, the organiser's logo, the sponsor's logo and the winner's details all at once — without compromising the legibility of any element.

Does the trophy have to be a typical shape, or can it be fully customised?

The shape is completely free — and with no surcharge for customisation. When ordering steel trophies, the cutting laser works from a vector, so every outline is as easy to produce as a rectangle. We start with a conversation about the event: the discipline, the atmosphere, the visual identity. On this basis our graphic designer proposes a form — or produces a design the client brings ready-made. You approve the visualisation, we start production.
